Booking terms
Cancellation policy: The 25% deposit is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days before check-in and is also non-refundable. No exceptions.
We know this is a strict cancellation policy. Panorama Ranch is a single home, not one of several units, so when a booking is canceled we lose the income for those dates entirely. Demand for the ranch is high, and cancellations are non-negotiable. Thank you for understanding.
